Hello Ian/Tommy,

I would also like to say how envious I am of you. I think what you have done is amazing and loved reading the stories on the website!!

Kind Regards

Simon Fernandes

Hi Tommy,

Well, congratulations for your page! It's really great!!

Saludos desde Lima y muchas gracias,

Giovanna

Hola Tommy!

And final greetings from South America. Well, we made it round and itīs been nine weeks of madness, but thoroughly enjoyable all the same.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks in helping us plan the trip. I think without you pointing out some of the places we would have just been wandering around and perhaps not getting the most out of the time we had here.

So once again muchas, muchas gracias from both of us and we owe you a few cervazas on our return to blighty next year.

Cheers Christian and Helen

Dear Ian,

I assume by now you are back in England working hard (no more of this working in the pub in Cuzco stuff!!), and dreaming of the mountains and jungles of South America!

Firstly, thank you SO MUCH for all the great tips and advice you gave us when we were in Honduras. We have followed so many of them. We were looked after very well by Muyuna - the perfect Amazon experience! Margoth at Andes Explorer put together the perfect Galapagos trip for us on Angelique - our time there couldn't have been better. So,as you know, there is nothing better than a recommendation, and yours have been perfect.

Will check out the tommy site for other info.....

Speak to you soon,

Rachel and Chris

OK. Tommy/Ian.

You'll always be Ian to me.
I sometimes wish you wouldn't write this stuff. It's too good and (soppy hormonal cow that I am) it makes me cry. Only coz it reminds me how much I miss you being here. Sorry I don't e-mail you as much as I should - life in Feltham is just too exciting!!!
Come home soon. Eastenders is waiting to be sacrificed!

lots of love to Uncle Ian from the girlies.

I had a look at your website Ian, it looks really good, very professional when did you get the time to organise that? I started to read about when you left work, it's really well written, I'll read some more later when nobody's looking! Maybe you'll get a chance to pursue your writing/photography more when you're based here - I think you should.
See you later Love Dominique xx

Keep going fella. So nice to hear that things are rockin for ya. I'm sure I left a mark on your forehead for a reason....Ok so using a pint glass was a bit too much...you were after all playing air guitar in Pug Mahones to that shite heavy metal crap that you so love. Hi Tommy What a fantastic, inspirational website - I like the facts page - you always were 'Tommy Knows' in Hotel Bakpak! It's so good to know what you're doing now as we seem to have lost touch over the last few months; sorry we missed you on your last visit to England. Reading all your travel stories reminds Dougie and I of the travellers we once were. Keep in touch, take care

Hi there you big website man you!
That website is just fantastic! You should be very proud of it, as should your friend Marcus who I have heard so much about but have never met.
So, when do your travels bring you back to Oz? Are you still seeing that lovely girl of yours? Where in god's name are you now? I was showing Anthony my South American photos last night and you featured prominently. I miss you Tommy.
Write soon.

Dear Tommy, What a suprise to see that you have a very cool website, the suprise was even greater when a saw my face on your site. I hope you still can remember me, because you have a life full of adventures. I was with Richard in Capetown, We stayed for a weeks at the Lion's den.
Greetings from Holland Cees & Saskia

Who da man?!! Well impressed!

The website is excellent. Some of the facts made me laugh and I'll have to think of some of my own to add.

I await the next installment of your story. It's really interesting and good to find out alittle bit about you cos we didn't get to chat alot on the trip until towards the end.

The photos are brilliant, and I'm gonna send you some of mine real soon. I hope you approve!
Say hi to Emma and keep up the good work, waiting eagerly for the next newletter!
Love,
Komal

Tommy,

Thanks for all that info, it was really helpful.

I'm an Australian living in Canada, 2 and a half years into a degree in Jazz, and am itching to take a few years off and go see a bit.

I found your website just through a few searches on google.com. The website is fantastic, it is hard to find a great travellers website, they all seem to focus on week getaways to cuba and whatnot. Yours is something.
Cheers.
Sam

Hi Ian

I love your Tommytraveller.com and am so pleased that you have sent me this. I've read every last bit of it and it's really great and I will be looking forward to the updates. Having so many photo's too is excellent, Donny went straight for those. I think it's really good that you have done this though, as with so many years of adventure under your belt it's great to relate these to all us others who also share your love of travelling and adventuring in the unknown.

love from Glenys.

Hi Ian, or Rev as we know you,

Great website, but you have no photos of Ems anywhere! I think that needs changing.
Hope to see you both when you are back in the UK
Love and hugs,

Sophxxx

Hi Ian I checked out your website and thought it was brilliant, the photos are amazing and the design of the site is really well put together. It was funny actually as a guy I met in South America, Irish e-mailed me and others and said check out tommytraveller.com and I couldn't believe it, he said he'd been recommended it but didn't know you though, so I said I'd met you in the early days of your travels...we did have good times!!

Lyn x
